Tiglin is the National Mountain and Whitewater Centre, based on the edge of the Wicklow mountains.

This season they are offering a number of options for paddlers who wish to increase their skills.

Kipper Maguire has taken charge of Kayaking at the centre and courses are run by some of Ireland's best instructors.
